Health & Safety

Fairwood Holdings give equal weight to the Health and Safety of our employees and to anyone who may be affected by our work activities.

Our principle of safety first has resulted in the Fairwood Group being renowned for its expertise in identifying and rectifying safety critical issues. We actively promote our own Health and Safety campaigns and partake in clients’ campaigns, often sharing any lessons learned from these campaigns.

The group’s targets and goals are used as benchmarks for our Key Performance Indicators and our in house Health and Safety team, many of who have NEBOSH qualifications, ensure our employees are consulted with on a regular basis. It is important that all matters relating to Health and Safety, including our values and standards are communicated regularly. Great emphasis is placed on training and our employees regularly attend refresher training coupled with new training when identified to facilitate safer working.

We are proud of our Health & Safety record and take all reasonable measures to ensure our employees and anyone who may be affected by our work activities are familiar with our Health and Safety Policy, and procedures.
